.........I've been loyal to this site since the first day I caught wind of it. By far and away the best forum for betting on sports. Just wanted to take the time to say Hi and that I'm finally going to be posting instead of just reading.

I'm mostly a parlay guy because I don't have a ton of money to bet straight up........but a recent 6 game parlay has allowed me the luxury of taking some games straight now. Tuesday night I went 10-6 .....and I know that doesn't mean much till you guys see my picks, but hey this isn't about me, I just like what I'm seeing from you guys.

man, tell me about it.
if i may tormented, imo keeping wanny is a bad move. they have a quality team (except a couple of game-breaking players especially qb), huizenga is a type of owner who does not butt his nose or control upper management when it comes to making football decisions (see al davis-what a joke) he just wants to win. that said, imo you do not-not make the playoffs or finish the season the way the fish have the last couple of years with a team of this caliber. what they have done or failed to do tells me that COACHING is the issue and how the coach motivates is big.
wanny made the playoffs his first couple of seasons and failed to his last couple, imo this means the team is starting to point downward and the only way to right the ship is to bring in a fresh face to coach.
but then again what do i know, i am a frustrated fish fan like you guys.

Wanny...good coach, but not great! He's not a proven winner...past history! He's done as much as he can with this team. As long as he stays...it's going to be same thing like this year and last year over and over. BRUTAL!! Fiedler needs to go as well...he's average at best. Those two positions are the most important on any team and the Fins right now have filled the shoes with "average" people. I love my Fins, but as a die hard fan you've gotta complain. Let's hope the draft treats us well. Norv Turner is great if anything is positive.

Kapusta, I'm jealous of you man. As much as I loathe that Patriots, I also have a tremendous amount of respect for what they've done this year. If you would've told me that after that week one Milloy/Bills/injury debacle they'd go to Miami and end a 13 game losing streak, then reel off 12 straight wins - I'd of laughed at you. You definately have some talent there, but when you look at it, you don't have a bruising running game, nor a threatening passing game......yet you still win and as dumbfounded as I am by that I still respect it, especially your defense. Definately my favs to win the SuperBowl.

As for my Fins. I refrain from poking the entire blame on Wanny for the teams underachievement. Although he WAS the one to neglect the offense which in the end proved futile, especially that o-line....thank God Marino never threw behind a line like that, he'd have gotten killed. I think with a hardnosed GM we can get the ship righted with talent......but if we're not deep into the playoffs next season, I say fire wanny because the GM spot obviously isn't making any difference.

I'm hoping Brunell is brought in........ I still think he's got alot left in the tank and was horribly mistreated in Jaxsonville and wants to rectify things. I also would like none other than Jimmy Johnson as our GM. There are whispers going around that he could suddenly become the guy for that job. Don't be surprised if it happens.

The Fins are like that girlfriend you have that at times shows glimpses of "All you want" but in actuality you should break up with her. This team is close to needing to be completely dismantled if the coach and the band of primadonna "I made the pro bowls" don't get their acts together. Something like 70% of our cap is spent on the D, so what you're seeing in the offense and special teams is basically "you're getting what you pay for."
